Despite the room's simplicity, it was impeccably clean, which is crucial for an art historian like me, accustomed to meticulous details. As a mother, I appreciated the spaciousness, especially when traveling with my little one, who is still under two and full of energy. The proximity to a good local restaurant, Lá Parada, was a lifesaver for quick and tasty family meals, something every parent can relate to.Mrs. Georgina, the manager, stood out for her warmth and helpfulness, making us feel welcomed and at ease. The peaceful surroundings and lack of outside noise ensured a restful stay for my small family, allowing us to fully enjoy the historic sites and museums nearby, perfectly blending leisure and cultural immersion.The kind and accommodating nature of Nina & George, who run the pension, added a personal touch to our visit. Their provision of family-friendly amenities such as a fridge and microwave made our stay even more convenient.
